Kodiak Mountain Stone is proud to be a part of The College Home project in Lethbridge Alberta. The Canadian Home Builders Association – Lethbridge Region has pledged to the Lethbridge College to build 10 homes over five years with the proceeds of each sale going towards the Lethbridge College Trade and Technology Expansion project.
The CHBA-LR states that “the objective of this project is to raise $750,000 over 5 years through building and selling 10 designer show homes. The members of the CHBA have pledged to donate time and resources to the project and all proceeds above costs will be donated to the Lethbridge Trades & Technology expansion project.
The members of the CHBA have initiated this program and believe in supporting the Lethbridge College in efforts to improve current programming and encourage students to choose Lethbridge by creating more learning opportunities right here at home.”
This year two homes were built. One by Ashcroft Master Builder and the other by Galko Homes Master Builder. Both homes are breath-taking! Kodiak Mountain Stone had the opportunity to be involved in the home built by Ashcroft Master Builder. Our Frontier Ledge stone was used on the exterior of the home and our Mosstown, Cherokee Brick was used on a beautiful fireplace.
Both of these homes are featured in the 2013 CHBA Parade of Homes in Lethbridge and are a must see! The Parade of Homes us underway and runs until October 6. For a map of the 34 show homes or more information about the Parade of Homes, visit www.paradeofhomeslethbridge.com
