You guys had a great year and we are proud to support your program!
It’s that time of year that many people start to look at updating their fireplace or finishing a project that they have just been putting off.
An elegantly designed fireplace can make any room extraordinary. With all of the different profiles of manufactured stone we have to offer, you will find YOUR style at Kodiak Mountain Stone.
For a limited time, our Calgary and Lethbridge stores are offering a Fireplace Special!
Kodiak Mountain Stone is once again proud to sponsor Jeff Heggie in his attempt to win a steer wrestling championship in the FCA (Foothills Cowboy Association) and the CRA (Chinook Rodeo Association) finals.
Jeff is a talented rodeo athlete with a lot of success behind him. After a good season in the FCA, he’s going into the finals in seventh place. The FCA finals are in Red Deer, Alberta and run from October 11 through October 13. The first go-round was last night and we are proud to announce that Jeff won the round with a time of 3.8 seconds! We wish him luck for the rest of the weekend!!!
Kodiak Mountain Stone’s President & CEO, D. Jeff Heggie, had the opportunity to be featured in a Lethbridge College commercial recently. The commercial was filmed at our show room in Lethbridge AB along with various locations around the city. Jeff is a graduate of Lethbridge College’s Business program and Kodiak Mountain Stone continues to support the college in various ways.
This year we are very proud to be involved with the Canadian Home Builders Association – Lethbridge Region and Ashcroft Master Builder, in The College Home project which is helping to raise money for the new trades building for the Lethbridge College. We are also proud to continue our sponsorship of the Lethbridge College Kodiak Athletic programs with our involvement with the Adopt-a-Kodiak. Jeff also has the opportunity to continue supporting the business program at Lethbridge College by participating as a guest lecturer in some of the classes each semester.
Kodiak Mountain Stone was founded and is headquartered in Southern Alberta and we are proud to be able to support a great local school and it’s programs.
Sixteen builders featured 35 homes in the 2013 parade. The innovative features and designs are very impressive. At Kodiak Mountain Stone, we are proud to be featured on the exterior and interior of many of these homes and are thankful for the relationships we have with the builders who have chosen to use our products, ranging from manufactured stone, to natural stone, to brick and to acrylic stucco.
If you missed the Parade of Homes this year, I strongly encourage you to still go visit the show homes that are open to the public. You will be very impressed.
